Ivan from The Cujo Chronicles gave his football predictions the other day....prepare to laugh. :)

Emma is an equal opportunitypest cuddler. Mom, Tim....whomever she can find. (and no, we have NO idea what Tim is thinking about there in the back)

The Funny Farmers posted some great advice for those of us having problems with thestupid picture issue.

So, turns out mom had a case of the lazies and Judy didn't go to Petco on Wednesday. And after a couple of days, mom has decided to take Maxine up there - she can gain some serious social skills up there and Judy will stay here - she is better with playing with Emma and they could both use a friend.
Speaking of Emma, she REFUSES to eat dry food. Makes mom even more nutty. She tried to fool the kitt this morning - she put down dry and then put the canned on top. Emma ate around the dry. If it were us, mom would take a stand and say "eat it or whatever" but Emma is still little and can't go too long. Mom is trying to figure out how to tell someone - yes she is cute and available for adoption but she only eats canned food. ugh....
Oh - and mom will be at Petco on Sunday for another adoption event and plans to take Emma for the "cute" factor.
~~~~~~~~~~
Have a great weekend - we are hoping it warms up a little.....mom looks at the thermometer in the morning and wishes Allie had somewhere other than the garage. Plus mom wants to start setting the trap in the garage to try to catch Allie's boyfriend. :)
Emma just knows canned is better for her, particularly if it's grain, veggie and fruit-free. :-)
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't discount an adopter being willing to feed canned only, though it might narrow the field. There's more info available about feline nutrition these days, which is great, and many people are intelligent and willing enough to do their own research.
Good luck at Petco and with catching Allie's bf!
Oh Emma, you are so cute, you will be gone in a flash. Lots of people feed canned food. Take care and have a great week end.
ReplyDeletesmart smart little girl Emma! :)
ReplyDeleteClever girl, Emma! You know canned food is better for you, right? :)
ReplyDeleteCareful the Mom doesn't smash up the dry and sprinkle them on the canned. It'll be impossible to eat around that!
WE are especting the Washington footsball team to either fold the 1st game or go all the way.
ReplyDeleteStinky the Farm cat is like that too.
ReplyDeleteEmma's floofiness is too cute :) good luck at the adoption event and also with Allie's boyfriend :)
ReplyDeletePip, Smidgen, Minnie, Hollie
my stars Emma I refuse to eat dry as well, ugh...who wants kibble crust in their teeth right !!! I hope you and the rest of the crew have a FABulous weekend
ReplyDeletehugs from dai$y and the boys =^..*=
Emma you darling sweet looking little girl. How lovable you are. Maxine and Judy, you too, sweet girls.
ReplyDeleteI just read back about the boys being adopted and it just makes my heart sing. xoxox
Oh Emma, crunchy kibble is good for your teefs too! Hoping you'll try just a bit here and there! Sending wishful purrs that Allie's boyfriend takes the bait! Purrs from your friends at Colehauscats.com
ReplyDeleteDats okay Emma, we eat canned too. Except Maxie. There's no accounting for somekitties' taste, yanno? MOL!
ReplyDeletewe are all pretty fussy eaters - some like dry and others canned.
My human says she will take Emma since she only feeds canned food! I had to tell her NO, she can't take her, and besides you are too far away. Sheesh!
ReplyDeleteYum. Wet stinky goodness! I wonder if I could convince my mom that's all I'll eat? Hmm...
ReplyDeletePlay bows,
Zim
Emma, what a little cutie pie you are! And SMART, too. Canned food is good for you. :)
ReplyDeleteEmma, you is a smart kitty! Our mom only gives us the stinky goodness once a day, what's up with that????
ReplyDeleteWe is sure you will find the best furever home soon, cuz you is cute!
Sasha, Sami, & Saku
Emma sure is cute!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure whoever falls in love with her will be more than happy to work with her food issues. Sometimes you can get small sample packages of dry food, and her new human could try different kinds to see if, as she gets older, she might like one.
Brulee prefers the crunchies over the stinky goodness.
ReplyDeleteHas your mom tried putting some water in the dry foods to make it mushy for Emma? We loves our wet noms, too! We eat dry noms, but we always demand our wet noms every night, especially if mom is even a tiny bit late feeding us our wet dinner!!
ReplyDeletePurrs,
Carmine and Milita
Emma IS cute! I guess a human will fall for her, dry food or not ;-)
ReplyDeletePurrs
What an adorable little sweetie... I hav eno idea how you let them go. If I was going what uyou do, I would be currently living with at least 50 cats... ;)
