Daiquiri is plugging along. When Cass wanders to the other side of the room, she chugs her little legs along behind her mommy - yelling to be fed. Mom likes to pick her up and Daiq just stare like everything is amazing. :) She is about half the size of the other kittens but has no fear and doesn't get push around (though they will walk over her).
Sangria is so super sweet. There is some little girl out there that is going to love having this kitten. (or some big girl for that matter) She comes up to mom looking for attention and will sit and cuddle. She is more reluctant to eat the canned food than her brother, but she is catching on.
Stoli....that boy is trouble (yes, he has a black spot on his nose...the rest of it is food - his accuracy rate could use some work). When mom opens the bathroom door, he is the first to try to make a run for it. That being said, he doesn't mind being picked up and held...so long as he has no place better to be.
Cass is doing well though she does appear to be losing patience with the kittens. Not sure if that is due to time after being spayed or her being uncomfortable from everything else or what. Mom wishes Cass could give her a hint. However, the vet heard back from the specialist and they didn't find any trauma. Which means it is...something else (how is THAT for a diagnosis). Mom did try to get better video of Cass walking last night to send to the vet but Cass was rather not cooperative. Mom did get something though and hopefully that will help. What mom did find interesting was that as Cass was walking around the bedroom, she WAS using her one back foot. Last week at the vet she wasn't putting weight on it and she was limping pretty bad. Something else interesting....if you watch most cats, we can't sit still....even at rest our tails will twitch. Mom was watching Cass last night and even as the kittens ran around her and jumped all over, no twitch. Interesting....more as we learn it.
