No.....not that end....
Ivy loves to snooze in the house. Junior likes the spot next to it where he can sleep on the blanket and get his buns warmed by the floor vent.
Well the end of last week mom look over and this was happening. And not just for a couple of minutes. They both slept there for about 30 minutes. It has happened a couple of times as well. Of course, if you look close you can see the expression of "drop dead" on Ivy's face - right before she got up and left.
Don't get us wrong - these two will probably never be friends. But some peaceful co-existance....mom says she will take that.
We hope you had some of the nice weather we had this weekend. Not too much sun on Sunday, but it was nice and warm (especially for February). Our basketball team lost. And some serious snoozing.
The end of times....
If you have followed our blog for any period of time, you know that Junior, Ivy and Spud do not get along. That is so great when things like that happen. We have several around here that like their space but boy at night, they all get on the bed together sometimes. Glad those two almost had a nice snooze together.
ReplyDeletepeaceful co-existence is great! Congrats
ReplyDeletePeace in the valley... no price too high for that.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, my heart jumped into my throat when I saw your title! Glad that it was just a joke bc there was a modicum of peace. Thank goodness!
ReplyDeleteIt's a Christmas miracle - in February. MOL! We love pics and stories like this. Gives us hope at our house.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, ya'll!
don't get too excited....this is short lived at best :)

Yep, we have a similar situation here with Sami and Saku. Mom bean often worries what will happen when Sasha, the go-between, isn't here with us.
ReplyDeleteWe're glad you captured this moment. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm dealing with a similar situation here: a new cat whom no one likes but who is trying to be liked, sort of. Peaceful co-existence is nice.
ReplyDeletewe say that Junior doesn't speak "cat" - and pair that with some stalker tendancies and he isn't too popular
DeleteThat is pretty amazing!
ReplyDeleteWow, that's impressive! There's a lot to be said for peaceful co-existence. I wish we could have had that with Annie and Nicki.
ReplyDeleteAww, I love it when I see my two who don't get along at least napping near each other.
ReplyDeleteThat's wonderful ! Purrs
ReplyDeleteWhat a cat will put up with to do something it really wants to do :)
