Ivy's 8th Birthday

just as a side note, mom has been quoting Ivy as being younger than she is....

Ivy and her sisters as foster kittens - that one sitting up 
with the "look" on her face is Ivy

Time sure flies. Mom was checking her calendar for our events in August and realized that several of us are older than she thought. Not sure how that happens.....

Ivy came to us with her mom and sisters as foster kittens. Mom had no intention of keeping any kittens and yet somehow Ivy decided that wasn't happening and even after going back to the shelter where mom was volunteering at the time, Ivy wasn't getting adopted and mom decided to bring her back her and make her a permanent resident. For all of her crankypants ways, she can be so super sweet to mom and they have chats while Ivy sits on the arm of her chair.
