New friends on Sunday.....

Look who mom met at the rescue adoption center:
dad cat - think his name is Tut

check out those froot bats

and the wrinkles

mom cat and two of the boys

Yep - those are Sphynxes.... Yep - they came into the rescue. Mom and Dad came in together and a few days later....boy kittens. As far as we know, the kittens all have homes and they are still working on homes for mom and dad. One of the kittens has been adopted by a vet from the local university.
**as the story goes a lady was "breeding" but got out and gave mom and dad to an elderly neighbor. The neighbors grandson knew the cats needed to be somewhere else and called the rescue.

  5. Mowzers! We've had the same thing happen here to our Siamese Rescue folks. Purebreds when breeders quit, and sometimes when older people move to assisted living. A while back, two purbred Devon Rex as well.

We purring for good homes for them all!

  9. I can't believe a breeder would rehome delicate cats like these without vetting the adopters! So I this breeder is getting a few HBO words from me. Hey, kitties can swear! Just ask Binga.

  11. If the breeder decided to quit, shouldn't she have neutered the cats before giving them away?
It's kind of a relief the grandson sent the cats to the shelter.
Here's purring they get adopted soon!

  12. I agree with The Furries of Whisppy. A thump on the head to the breeder and kudos to the grandson who sent them to the rescue.
