Cats with snot
Are not so hot
But thanks to the test
That's ALL he has got.
(we here are Random Felines take NO responsibility for the bad rhyme - mom thinks she is funny)
Well, the v-e-t called last night with Caramel's test results. Which were....not what we expected. He has the typical URI - nothing spectacular jumped out at the vet. So, he will stay on the drug he is currently on for another 14 days and hopefully that will fix it. He has been on it for 7 days now and we don't notice any difference, but maybe that is just us.....
And now, for some video:
Sleeping on the bed
And then, not so much
Good news on Caramel. Hopefully the medicine will start working soon.

ReplyDeleteHey, the rhyme is better than anything our own human could come up with!
We are glad to hear bout Caramel. Cute poem. Our Mommy's poem turned kinda ugly at the end. She was all hyped up on Benadryl. MOL!

WE think the poem is hysterical. But then our Mom would. She is silly her self. Glad Caramel is not too sick. Sending purrs that he gets all better. Take care.

ReplyDeleteWe are in shock. We hadn't heard about the Caboodle Ranch raid. We notice PETA is responsible. No other comment needed.
ReplyDeleteThat is a different rhyme but it fits the circumstances, so we guess your mom should get an E for effort. :)
Hope Caramel starts to improve rapidly.
Haha! We love your rhyme! And we're glad that's all Caramel has too! Hope he feels better!
ReplyDeleteYay for Caramel! We thought your rhyme was pretty good, actually. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Dr. Seuss Day!
We like your poem and thought it was very appropriate.
ReplyDeleteWe hope Caramel is better soon.
Truffle and Brulee
The rhyme tickled us! Get well wishes go out to Caramel from us. Mom Julie said to say to pick up some lysene (a vitamin) which will help boost the old immune system. Every cat she's ever adopted had a stretch of that stuff until they got over UTIs from the shelter.
