Mom thought she would take time this week to talk about each of us for those who are new to the blog.
Allie is our feral cat. She had kittens in a neighbor's patio and mom finally caught the kittens and Allie. She was spayed then spent a few weeks crated with her kittens in our house until the kittens were able to care for themselves.
Mom released Allie and she now has food and shelter in our garage and hangs out nearby most of the time.

Hi there Allie. Glad you are sticking around. Nothing better than a black cat. You all have a great day.
ReplyDeleteAllie is a fortunate kitty to be cared for!
ReplyDeleteThank you for taking care of Allie!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to know she hangs out nearby. Our mom says she would worry about her constantly. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful Allie has food, shelter and humans who care! I've only had one cat that went outside (indoor/outdoor). Worried me to no end. He was an older neighborhood stray I adopted and had spayed. He was set in his ways and still wanted out. I hope Allie stays close.
ReplyDeleteAllie is lucky she has you to take care of her.
ReplyDeleteI was going to say the EXACT same thing as Summer! catchatwithcarenandcody
ReplyDeleteWas she the really hissy/spitty Momma? I remember there was one all black Momma that DID NOT appreciate human proximity. Looks like she's adjusting better now - thank goodness you are there to look out for her!
ReplyDeleteWe love hearing about everyone, even though we aren't new!
ReplyDeleteYours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
I love Allie's name! Our first feral was named Hobo. Allie looks a lot like our current feral Sweetie; all black, and not a real friendly ladycat! But, she allows me to pet her, and even gives The Hubby some head bunts; she's been with us since 2009.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad Allie's mothering days are over. Now, she need only worry about herself, and that will be easier, too, thanks to you.
