Blueberry thinks mom is ok. Cranberry is still kind of skeptical. But they are both very sweet and just need to put on a little weight to be spayed and neutered.
We do have some newbies too. A couple of volunteers drove to Texas after Harvey went through and brought back animals that were already in a shelter before the hurricane hit. These were 4 of them. Mom has them in the crate in the living room until they are tested and have a couple of days to settle in here. Then they will be introduced to the foster room and the berry kittens. One boy and three girls, all very sweet but no momma. Their records show them as 4 weeks old but their eyes are no longer blue so probably closer to 6 weeks old. But they aren't very big so probably close to a month until they are ready to go.
So glad those kittens made their way to you. I always worry about the animals in the hurricanes. It is great that a lot of them got saved.Have a great day.
