Mom's brother is being moved by his job to Tennessee.
Everyone asks if mom is moving but it isn't as easy for her, so most likely not. But she will be going back and forth to see grandma and grandpa once they move too.
Grandma and grandpa are building a house and have bought the land.
There are trees and bushes and STICKERS!!! They spent Sunday trying to find the lot lines - something about stakes in the woods. We kinda got excited until mom explained it was metal stakes not the edible ones. drat..... Grandpa did lose the battle with the stickers. Well, sorta - the stickers got cut down a little, but mom says grandpa's hands look like he did combat with a chainsaw.
Mom also got a tour of the new building where her brother will be working. It was HUGE.

that is grandpa's back and you can see Rob in the background
We were wondering about stickers...the stickers Mommy has don't cut her hands. They sometimes get stuck on her but they never cut... :p

ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of changes going on there. I hope they are all for the better. Certainly, building your own house on your own land is a good thing. Congratulations to the grandparents!

Wow, that looks like a big, big place where your Grandma and Grandpa are moving. And your Mom's brother's new workplace looks gigantic! Sorry the mom won't be able to move, too, but we are glad she'll be visiting.
