Random Fridays

Mom says thank for the comments yesterday. While she knows there isn't anything that can prevent stuff like that sometimes, it still hurts to have it happen. Again, this community is so wonderfully supportive. Thanks!

We hope you have a safe and wonderful weekend. It is supposed to be pretty nice here.

Do you see what the Brat keeps doing to our scratcher???  She bites the corners and tears them off. Mom sighs and says she is just glad Daiquiri doesn't eat what she tears off.

In other news.....
This guy (Reno) was adopted last night. They do have a 2 year old dog at home so mom went over with them how to do slow introductions since Reno can be a bit of a scaredy kitten.

Oh - and another false alarm on the adoption front: Almond wasn't adopted over Thanksgiving. We don't know where mom is getting her information, but geez....  :)

  1. Oh I am so sorry about the kitten that went to the bridge. You should not beat yourself up about it. You do try your heart out to keep all those kittens and cats safe and it is very hard to do. I know that because I have so many and it is a huge job making sure they are all alright. It is so hard when things like that happen. Anyway sending you big hugs and sorry I didn't see this yesterday.
Our Lil Mum chews on stuff too. She is the only one I have had that does that.
Jeanne, you have a good week end and hug the rest of those kittens. Take care.

  11. Hey, Daiquiri. When I do stuff like that, my mom is just thankful I destroy our toys, not the house or the furniture. :)
